| The government has failed to deal with a cost-of-living crisis of its own making. They dithered and delayed while living standards plummeted. And now they prioritise tax cuts for the rich and attacking trade unions over taking action to support struggling workers.
It’s time for a new deal for working people. We need help with energy bills, a £15 national minimum wage and a real pay rise for every worker. And we need our rights as workers to be strengthened, not watered down. Only working people can deliver this change – so this autumn, we’re taking action. We’re holding town hall meetings in every region of England and in Wales. In the Midlands, we have rallies in Corby, Coventry and Northampton. We are coming together to demand better. Join union leaders and local campaigners at one of our town hall events to discuss how we come together to win a new deal for working people! |
