| This public meeting has been called by local supporters of the Enough is Enough, People’s Assembly and all anti austerity campaigns – including local trade unions and community organisations.
Speakers confirmed so far: The vast majority of people are being hard hit by the Tory government’s failure to address the cost of living crisis: The government’s strategy includes wage cuts, slashing welfare support, worse terms, union-busting, deregulation, elimination of environmental protection and the fight against climate change, and privatisation.
