Do you feel fully informed on the debate around voting reform? Major unions like Unite and Unison have passed motions in support of reform in recent years, as has Labour party conference – but what would it mean for your rights in the workplace?

We want you to have the facts to hand when the debate arises. So, we’ve organised a free online talk with Rob Ford, a Professor of Political Science at the University of Manchester. Rob is a leading expert on public opinion, elections and the radical right.

History shows that even when the Labour Party wins an overall majority, any improvements in trade union rights are quickly reversed by subsequent Tory governments.

Join us to hear how proportional representation can help ensure trade unions and working people keep a seat at the table and hold on to any new rights that they win from a Labour government.

We hope you can join us
