Young Workers winning at work – Joint TUC and Wales TUC event for Young Workers Month

Over the past year, we seen union members up and down the country take action to win pay rises. During Young Members Month, join us for a day of practical workshops and talks on winning pay rises in your workplace. It’s an opportunity to:

• Learn skills for negotiating pay claims
• Understand how to escalate action in your workplace alongside negotiations and learn new organising tactics
• Meet other young members across the movement and learn from each other’s experiences
• Hear from guest speakers on the importance of working with unions

This event is open to all members who meet their union’s definition of young.
